Job Responsibilities As a Property Manager, you will be offered a varied, free, and mobile job aimed at providing functional and pleasant homes for our tenants. Your main task is to independently manage ongoing internal maintenance and upkeep by addressing reported issues and performing repair work in our properties. You will meet our tenants daily and be part of the company's outward face, which requires professional customer interaction and service management.

The regional office in Malmö is currently a team of 15 colleagues who together develop, operate, and manage a property portfolio of 60,000 sqm distributed across 11 properties, including both residential apartments and commercial premises with various businesses. Teamwork is important to us; we support and help each other in big and small matters.

Your Background We are looking for a team player who is solution-oriented and who, in a service-oriented manner, drives and plans the work forward together with other colleagues. Since the work is largely event-driven, it is required that you are flexible and a good planner. To be considered for the position of property manager, you should have relevant work experience and basic skills in electrical, plumbing, energy, and construction. In-depth knowledge in one or more of these areas is an advantage.

Since you will be transporting yourself daily with a service vehicle between our properties, a B driver's license is a requirement. You need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Additional languages may be advantageous.

Start Date According to agreement.

Duration Permanent employment (a 6-month probationary period may apply).
