The team at Gotahälsan today includes company doctors, occupational nurses, behavioral scientists, psychologists, physiotherapists, ergonomists, occupational safety engineers, and administrative staff. You should have documented experience in support conversations, therapeutic conversations, as well as experience in individual and group supervision. Gotahälsan is now looking for a behavioral scientist/Cognitive Behavioral Therapist primarily for our clinics in Mjölby, Linköping, and Tranås, but work at our other clinics may also occur. The tasks include conversation support, group supervision, training, and other interventions focused on mental health and psychosocial work environment. The position is 100%. A personal car is required. Recruitment and filling of the position will occur continuously during the application period. A probationary period of 6 months applies.
