About the role

As a leading dishwasher at Sodexo, you are a central part of our daily work to ensure cleanliness and order in the production kitchen. You actively participate in dishwashing and other cleaning tasks – while being responsible for leading and distributing work within the dish team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Daily washing of large kitchen equipment, utensils, and tools
• Cleaning and organizing in dish and kitchen areas
• Leading other employees in dishwashing
• Ensuring that hygiene routines and quality requirements are followed
• Contributing to an efficient and pleasant working environment

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with large kitchen dishwashing
• Has education or documented knowledge of hygiene regulations in production kitchens
• Has the ability to lead, structure, and distribute tasks
• Is responsible, flexible, and enjoys working in a team
