About the Job
We are a private company providing breakfast, lunch, and snacks at the International English School. Typical kitchen work with working hours scheduled during weekdays (no evenings or weekends). Flexible opportunities to take time off during school breaks. In the kitchen, we prepare well-balanced meals from scratch in our production kitchen. Your primary tasks include serving, salad preparation, dishwashing, and cleaning.
Light cooking may occur.
The position is part-time 80%. We have a collective agreement at the workplace. See the Green National Agreement on HRF's website for more information. Start date is immediate or as agreed.
We are also open to applicants for summer jobs.
There may be an opportunity for extension after the summer.
Who are you?
Experience in restaurants, large kitchens, or similar is an advantage but not a requirement. Training will be provided on-site.
We in the kitchen have daily contact with students and staff. Therefore, it is important that you have an interest not only in food, service, and quality but also in the educational activities that are conducted. (Please note that some communication will be in English)
You see service as a given and have the ability to maintain a smile and be pleasant even in pressured situations. You should have good planning skills and be able to allocate your working hours effectively.
