About the Role

As a project manager at Rörex, you will have a central role in the business with significant responsibility and authority.

Your main responsibilities:

• Calculations & bids.
• Project management from start to final inspection.
• Work leadership and support for installers in production.
• Customer relations & sales.
• Planning, follow-up, and improvement of work methods.

You will become a key person in the organization and an important part of our continued expansion in the region.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in the HVAC industry.
• Has worked as a project manager, work leader, or leading installer.
• Understands economics, calculations, and the business behind the projects.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and confident in your role.
• Thrives with responsibility and wants to develop long-term.
• Has drive, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
