We are looking for a committed and confident occupational therapist who wants to be part of our competent and positive workgroup.

The unit for rehabilitation and welfare technology consists of 33 employees: occupational therapists, physiotherapists, assistive technology and welfare technicians. We are led by a unit manager and work together to create the best possible conditions for individual independence and quality of life.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for an occupational therapist for a temporary position due to parental leave.

Your role includes:

• Rehabilitative and preventive efforts in both regular and special housing
• Independent occupational therapy assessments and interventions in the individual's home, sometimes in complex situations
• Guidance, education, and support to relatives and staff
• Close teamwork with physiotherapists
• Collaboration with MAR, nurses, nursing assistants, care managers, unit managers, and other internal and external actors

You work independently but always with a competent team behind you. The work is characterized by freedom under responsibility and is facilitated by our flexible working hours agreement.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

• A licensed occupational therapist
• Holder of a B driver's license with a manual transmission (requirement)
• Independent, structured, and confident in your professional role
• Confident in making your own assessments and decisions in complex situations
• Responsive, empathetic, and good at collaborating
• Flexible, stable, and committed to developing both yourself and the organization
