The needs in our area are increasing, and we are now looking for two new colleagues for Årby home care. Do you want to make a difference in people's daily lives?

One position is based in Årby and primarily works in the area. You will be part of our cluster together with Munktell, Kloster, and Centrum. If necessary, you will also work in some of the other operations.

The other position is also located in Årby but is part of a smaller team that works with social psychiatry within the cluster. It is a more specialized role with close collaboration in the team.

We are about 23 employees in Årby, located in the northern part of Eskilstuna. We are a well-functioning workgroup with broad diversity and good cohesion. We work independently and support each other when needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work with personal care and provide support in the user's home and daily life. You contribute to safety and a meaningful everyday life. The work includes delegated tasks such as medication and insulin. We reach our users by bicycle, car, and on foot. Working hours are during the day, evening, and weekends.

As a permanent care contact, you are responsible for a number of users. You establish and follow up on implementation plans. You document in our operational system VIVA. With us, there is an opportunity to develop in your role by taking on representative roles, such as nutrition, hygiene, or safety representative.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has experience working in home care. You are open to taking delegation of medication and insulin. You can work during the day, evening, and weekends. You can cycle and have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. A driver's license is an advantage.

As a person, you are flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating. Since we work in clusters, you need to be prepared to work in other operations if necessary. For the position in the social psychiatry team, it is advantageous if you have experience working in social psychiatry or a particular interest in the target group. It is also beneficial if you have experience with documentation in systems such as VIVA.

To be considered, you need to present proof of a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a service certificate according to the transitional regulations from July 1, 2023.
