Job Description

As a cook at Rällsögården, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving meals to our clients and staff. You will:

• Plan and prepare meals (including special diets) in our central kitchen.
• Handle pre- and post-work in the kitchen and dining room, such as ordering, unpacking goods, washing dishes, and cleaning.
• Conduct self-checks according to food legislation.
• Work in a structured manner and collaborate with your colleagues to keep the kitchen in top shape.

Qualifications

We are looking for a cook with:

• Culinary education or large kitchen training
• Knowledge of applicable food hygiene regulations
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
• Driving license B

• You are responsible, structured, and enjoy teamwork
• You are flexible and can handle a sometimes challenging work environment with calm and professionalism
