We have around 13,800 registered patients and offer a wide range of services with clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, atrial fibrillation, elderly care, district nurse clinics, and child health centers. Our team-based approach strengthens both patient satisfaction and staff cohesion. We have specialist doctors, training doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, dieticians, social workers, psychologists, rehabilitation coordinators, medical secretaries, as well as occupational and physiotherapists working in our rehabilitation department. We also conduct home visits and are responsible for care in two nursing homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you will have the opportunity to follow various care processes in close collaboration with competent colleagues and care partners. You will work with common primary care tasks, such as your own clinic with planned and acute visits, child health center, home care, and nursing home. In your role, you will also provide support to nurses and other healthcare staff. You will have a dedicated supervisor and allocated supervision time each week.

We invest in continuing education and professional development and are flexible so that you can influence and shape your job content. Working hours are Monday to Friday.

We value continuous development of both employees and operations. Our group of doctors consists of 18 physicians, of which eight are ST doctors with extensive experience and competence.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required.

You have good communication and collaboration skills, as the role involves both independent work and collaboration with colleagues within and outside your profession. The patient is always in focus, and you strive to provide the best possible service. You are positive, engaged, and want to contribute to the continued development of the healthcare center. A permanent position as an ST doctor may be preceded by a fixed-term position as a junior doctor for a period of three to six months in accordance with regional guidelines for the appointment of ST doctor positions within Primary Care.
