The Åparken Health Center is located in Tyringe, known for being an old spa resort with beautiful nature. Here we offer a wide-ranging operation, continuity, and close collaboration that creates security for both patients and staff.

We have 24 dedicated and competent employees working in close and interdisciplinary collaboration. The unit includes doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, district nurses, registered nurses, and social workers. Our district nurses run specialist clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, and memory assessments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We welcome you as a trained nursing assistant for a temporary position starting July 1st for at least one year. As a nursing assistant with us, you will work with sampling and other laboratory tasks. The role also includes responsibility for quality assurance of the laboratory's routines and equipment, as well as handling and maintenance of apparatus. You will be responsible for sampling that is analyzed directly at the health center as well as for handling and preparing samples and cultures that are sent to external laboratories.

You will also work with reception activities, assist our doctors with various examinations and minor surgeries. Other common tasks include EKG, ear irrigation, and blood pressure measurement. You will work alongside two other nursing assistants.

We operate according to a team-based care model where team rounds are conducted twice a week. This strengthens collaboration between professional groups and contributes to more cohesive and patient-safe care.

If you have no previous experience from working at a health center, we would like you to start your introduction in early June.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and meets the Socialstyrelsen's requirements for protected professional title, regardless of whether you have studied according to previous or current program structure. Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are required. Experience with the PMO journal system is an advantage. Previous work at a health center is also an advantage.
