About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative at YP, you will primarily work with prospecting and existing customers. The focus is wholeheartedly on the entire sales process from outreach to contract management. Your goal is to provide our customers with the absolute best experience! Your main tasks will include:

• Prospecting new customers
• Order placement
• Follow-up
• Driving sales with existing customers
• Contract writing and follow-ups
• Some administrative tasks included

You will be based in the store, which is Borås' best and most well-stocked workwear store. You will be part of a dedicated team with a full focus on relationships and customer service. The product range in the store includes workwear, shoes, promotional items, and other protective equipment.

Your Profile

To thrive in the role of Field Sales Representative, you are someone who is passionate about providing excellent service and is used to working towards high goals. You are a team player who sees opportunities where others see problems, and your energy is contagious. Of course, you love sales! You are responsible, proactive, and enjoy working independently. As a person, you are humble, communicative, and enjoy having a large network and building relationships.

We prefer that applicants have previous experience in B2B sales. It is an advantage if you have worked in a similar role and have industry knowledge and/or knowledge regarding workwear and promotional items. For the role, you must be proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
