General job responsibilities and duties:

· Insurance brokerage

· Advising and selling through incoming and outgoing calls.

· Customer service via phone and chat.

· Appointment booking

· Sales/up-selling.

Who are you?

· You are skilled at communicating in both speech and writing

· You have at least a high school diploma, preferably with a focus on economics

Consort consists of 170 engaged employees with offices in Trondheim, Oslo, and Gothenburg. We primarily work with the banking and insurance market and always have between 40-60 clients using our services.

Our typical areas of work: Outgoing sales operations, customer center, insurance brokerage, appointment booking, consulting assignments for banking/economics.
