We are about 30 colleagues in our wonderful home care group in Landvetter and are now looking for a new colleague. Landvetter is located 20 minutes from Gothenburg with good bus connections. Our geographical area consists of Landvetter and Härryda, which means work both in urban areas and out in the countryside.

Job Responsibilities

Your task with us is to provide our users with safe and good care, support in daily life, and a stimulating leisure time. Your main tasks will be to assist users in their homes with daily hygiene, social interaction, activities, escorting to doctor/community visits, and certain health care interventions based on the users' individual needs. Your work will also include everyday tasks such as cleaning, meal support, laundry, and more.

You will work day/evening and weekend shifts.

Co-planning

Härryda municipality works to increase the basic staffing and reduce the need for hourly employment. Co-planning means that you have a home unit but may also work shifts in other units within the municipality as needed. The aim is to ensure continuity and safe care for the users, while you as an employee gain variation, broader experience, and opportunities for professional development. An introduction will be provided to help you feel secure.

Requirements

• Certified nursing assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Driver's license
• Good digital competence, preferably experience with social documentation
• Ability to receive, perform, and follow delegated health care tasks
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility in daily work

Meritorious

• Experience in home care
• Experience with delegated health care tasks
• Experience with operational systems such as Treserva and TES
• Experience with work and documentation in the BPSD register
