Aleris General Psychiatric Clinic in Åkersberga is looking for a dedicated licensed psychologist

Our clinic is characterized by a non-hierarchical structure where teamwork, standardized routines, and openness to critical thinking and evaluation are in focus. Here, we work with a combination of psychological group therapy and individual treatment, which is continuously evaluated and followed up in a multi-professional team.

About usAt the clinic, psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, and administrative staff work together. We are organized into three multi-professional teams, where each team consists of a doctor, psychologist, nurse, occupational therapist, and medical secretary, who together are responsible for a defined patient group.

The RoleAs a psychologist with us, you will be part of a multi-professional team where you work closely with a doctor, a nurse, and an occupational therapist. Together, you are responsible for the entire care process of the patient. Your main tasks include:

• Structured psychological assessments
• Psychological group/individual treatments
• Neuropsychiatric investigations
• Collaboration with care neighbors and other stakeholders.

The position is full-time with a permanent employment contract. A six-month probationary period applies.

About YouWe are looking for a licensed psychologist with a genuine interest in psychiatric care. Knowledge and interest in modern psychodynamic treatment methods are advantageous.

You are structured, flexible, and enjoy working in a team. Your ability to communicate and collaborate is crucial for creating security and continuity for our patients

Employment Conditions

• Employment type: permanent with a 6-month probationary period
• Working hours: Mon-Fri
• Start date: as agreed (interviews are ongoing, so the position may be filled before the end date of the advertisement).
• Individual salary setting
