• You have a valid driver's license (B)
• You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• You are stress-resistant and used to taking responsibility
• You are accustomed to working independently

About you:

• You are flexible, meticulous, independent, and responsible.
• You are comfortable working with mobile and digital platforms.
• You are social, outgoing, attentive, and have a positive attitude.
• You find it easy to collaborate and thrive in a flexible environment.
• You maintain a professional approach in your communications.
• You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and can document in social journals.

You have a genuine interest in helping individuals in need of support in their daily lives. One of your strengths is the ability to see their individual needs. You are capable of handling even the more pressured situations.

Your tasks:

In home care, you work in our clients' homes providing the care and support they are entitled to, according to the assistance decision and the individual implementation plan.

Evening tasks may include assistance with:

• Meals
• Social support
• Supervision
• Care and personal hygiene
• Assistance with dressing and undressing

Work period and hours:

We offer a weekend schedule as follows:

Day schedule: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM.

Evening schedule: 04:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

You will start from our office in central Täby. We believe that you live nearby so that commuting to and from work is not burdensome.
