We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in driving operational development and who is motivated to find new, smart ways to improve work methods and services. You are curious and always see things from the user's perspective, which allows you to quickly identify needs and translate them into practical solutions. With good problem-solving skills, you approach complex issues in a structured and analytical manner.

You have a pedagogical approach and enjoy explaining, guiding, and creating understanding among different target groups.
