About the Role

Do you want to help create conditions for safe, structured, and reliable operations in a business that plays an important role in the transition to a fossil-free society? As a Production Coordinator with us, you will play a central role in ensuring that our processes work – every day, all year round.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where systematic approaches, collaboration, and continuous improvements are in focus. Here, you will be an important part of the team driving the development of our working methods within operations and maintenance.

About the Role

System and Process Development

As our site key user in the maintenance system, you will be responsible for ensuring that our working methods are correct, updated, and follow central guidelines.

You will:

  • drive the implementation of new system features and development projects
  • support colleagues in daily system usage
  • develop and manage work processes within operations and maintenance
  • be the process owner for Safe Stops, where you train, lead, and follow up on work with safe shutdowns and work tasks

Daily Planning and Coordination

You will be an important piece of the puzzle in creating structure and efficiency in daily work:

  • coordinate maintenance activities together with operations engineers
  • support the maintenance group in planning, FLT, routines, and maintenance plans
  • contribute to clear priorities and increased planning discipline within both operations and maintenance
  • strengthen collaboration and information flows between functions to create sustainable working methods

Audits and Shutdowns

The role also includes responsibilities related to our audits:

  • be the audit responsible from the operations side
  • plan and coordinate shutdown work
  • be responsible for work order management (work certificates) and coordination of activities

Requirements

We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a safe, secure, and well-functioning facility. You have a structured approach and a natural interest in system support and digital working methods.
