About the Unit

The internal procurement section of Must is looking for a purchaser with an interest in IT to support a complex operation with a high security awareness. The section is part of the finance department and is responsible for providing goods and services to Must's various operational parts through procurement and purchasing. The section guarantees that purchases are made in accordance with applicable regulations.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will independently or with the help of colleagues call off goods and services against existing contracts and carry out direct procurements in accordance with applicable laws, decisions, routines, and instructions. The role may also include contract management. You will act as support for managers and employees within Must regarding purchasing and contract issues. The role will also involve, together with colleagues in the procurement section, continuing to structure and organize the procurement and purchasing area. The work involves being able to work with technical IT systems and develop the purchasing process within IT as well as work with IT issues related to purchasing.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Previous work experience in calling off goods and services against contracts
  • Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English
  • Good knowledge and interest in working within IT environments beyond the Office suite

Desirable

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as law, economics, logistics, purchasing, or technology/YH education in strategic purchasing or procurement
  • Knowledge and experience of purchasing and procurements based on the Public Procurement Act (LOU) or the Defense and Security Procurement Act (LUFS)
  • Experience in improvement work
  • Programming of various operational systems.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in purchasing and contract issues. You have good communication skills and feel confident in having both internal and external contacts. You are service-oriented and a problem solver who enjoys developing and driving work forward. You have a structured working method and the ability to handle various tasks. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

The qualifications mentioned above must be verifiable upon request through certificates, references, and work or selection tests.
