We are not like other real estate companies. We are Balder. Through our proprietary CRM system, we have laid the foundation for Balder's heart, where cases flow, sales advertisements are created, deals are followed up, and where we take the pulse of how our properties are doing. We are currently a team of 3 people and want to grow; the heart is pumping today, but it will grow larger and include more processes and countries in the future. The assignment involves being the link between technology, process, and business by troubleshooting issues, ensuring data quality in the system, identifying development needs, and supporting or training users. You will also participate in adjustments made to the existing processes in the system. The work will be done together with systems specialists, system administrators, process owners, project managers, and users.

The role also includes monitoring the system to work on strategic measures. This means you need to be curious and look for problems that can be eliminated or turned into advantages in the system. You need to be familiar with the platform and feel comfortable with the standard functions of the system. The position involves ongoing contact and training with users in the system.Who are you as a person? To succeed in the role, it is advantageous to have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics within the applications Sales and Customer Services. It is also beneficial if you have experience working with ClickDimensions, DocumentCorePack, or PowerApps, but this is not a requirement. You are likely currently working to administer a solution in Dynamics, providing support and training, as well as simpler further development or adjustments of existing solutions. Alternatively, you may be working as a junior application consultant and find the real estate industry exciting.

You will work closely with the Dynamics group, which is primarily based in Gothenburg, and with colleagues from other parts of the company who are in one way or another affected by or work in Dynamics. The position can be based in one of our offices located around the country.
