Engaged Customer Service Representative for CBS City!

Our gift card system makes it easy for city centers, shopping malls, hotels, and destinations to create more trade and engagement - both digitally and physically. We are a modern tech company based in Västerås, with staff across Sweden.

Your role

We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented customer service representative who wants to join us on our journey. You will be an important part of our team and responsible for providing our customers with the best possible experience. The position is remote, giving you the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide professional advice and support regarding our gift card solutions
• Work proactively to address customer needs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in customer service/support
• Is communicative and easily builds good relationships
• Has a service-oriented, positive, and structured approach to work
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has good stress resilience
• Is solution-oriented and self-driven
• Is accustomed to remote work and can work independently from home
• Is comfortable with digital tools
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Fluent in Finnish, both spoken and written
• Has experience from the payment industry, software, or hardware companies
