Sales & Appointment Setter (Freelance/F-tax) – 100% Remote

KMSG CO AB is now looking for an appointment setter for a long-term collaboration remotely. We offer accounting and consulting services.

About the assignment

As an appointment setter at KMSG CO AB, you will work on processing the B2B market and scheduling strategic meetings for our experts. For those with the right drive, there is also the opportunity to close deals independently.

• Scope: Full-time (Fixed working hours).

• Workplace: 100% Remote.
• 
  
• Requirements: You hold F-tax (both self-employed or freelance is acceptable).

Compensation model

We offer a model that rewards both activity and results:

• Fixed compensation per booked meeting: You receive a fixed amount for each completed meeting you book.
• 
  
• Commission on your own closures: If you choose to close the deal yourself, you receive a commission on each customer.
• 
  
• Opportunity for a base salary: After a trial period of 15 days, there is an opportunity to switch to a model that includes a fixed base salary.

Your profile

• Experience: We prefer that you have 1-2 years of relevant education or experience in sales or finance. However, we are not locked to your CV; your hunger and discipline to deliver remotely weigh the most.

• Communication: You are skilled at building relationships over the phone and speak and write fluent Swedish at a professional level.
• 
  
• Self-leadership: You have the discipline required to maintain high activity throughout the workday.
