About the company
Smart Kaffe is a Norwegian company with a strong local presence in coffee machine solutions for offices and other workplaces. Based in Vestby and Fredrikstad, we provide quality machines, coffee products, and services to the corporate market.

Today, the company consists of three people, and you will become a key person in the company. For the right candidate, there is a future opportunity for co-ownership.

The company is led by Rolf Mikkelsen and focuses on professional sales, long-term agreements, and personal follow-up as a flexible alternative to the large players in the industry.
About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager who takes full responsibility for new customer acquisition, needs analysis, proposals, and follow-up. You will work closely with management and play a central role in further growth. The work is based in the office with continuous customer visits, and you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement and ongoing ownership of your customers. The role requires a high degree of personal responsibility and a strong drive.
Your main tasks
• Prospect and book customer meetings (both digitally and physically)
• Conduct needs analyses and provide tailored recommendations
• Send proposals, follow up, and finalize agreements
• Maintain and develop good relationships with existing customers
• Document activities in the CRM system
You will work with
• Customers in Oslo, Akershus, and Østfold
• Sale of coffee machines, accessories, and services
• A clear and structured sales process
• Close collaboration with Sales Manager Robert Gangsø during onboarding
We are looking for someone who
• Has sales experience
• Has a strong drive
• Understands the value of needs analysis and professional communication
• Is structured, goal-oriented, and independent
• Has a driver's license and enjoys customer visits
• Has experience with longer sales processes (meritorious)
