We are now looking for two Swedish-speaking customer service representatives starting on April 7. In our modern contact center, you are the first point of contact for our customers. The work consists of short and varied calls, about 100–150 per day, where you represent the company with professionalism and commitment. Your focus is on clear communication, high service quality, and ensuring good customer satisfaction while working towards set quality goals. The position is full-time (40 h/week) with permanent employment, and you will receive continuous training to grow into the role and become really skilled at what you do.
