Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager

What You Will Work On

• Lead end-to-end delivery of investment and production-related projects
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and financial follow-up (forecast and outcome)
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and external suppliers
• Handle procurement processes and supplier interactions
• Oversee FAT/SAT activities and commissioning
• Drive installation of new equipment, technologies, and process improvements
• Ensure structured reporting to stakeholders and PMO
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management routines and processes

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent)
• Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager
• Experience managing complex technical and production-related projects
• Strong financial control skills (budgeting, forecasting, follow-up)
• Experience working with FAT/SAT and commissioning processes
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Strong technical mindset and structured working approach
• Ability to work independently and solution-oriented
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Windows-based environments
