The headquarters, with production, product development, testing facilities, showroom, and warehouse, is strategically located in Arlandastad, 5 minutes from Arlanda Airport and 25 minutes from Stockholm city.
What does the role offer?As an Account Manager at Nelco, you will have a business-oriented role with significant responsibility and clear opportunities to influence both results and your own development. You will drive your own business within a well-established business area with a strong customer base and full profit responsibility. Here, you have a stable foundation to stand on, while also being given good opportunities to create new business and develop relationships over time.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Managing and further developing an existing customer base with a focus on long-term profitability
• Actively working on new customer acquisition through prospecting, scheduling meetings, and customer visits
• Conducting needs analysis, preparing quotes, and following up on deals all the way to closure
• Building strong and sustainable customer relationships in close collaboration with the business area manager and product managers
The work is field-based and nationwide, focusing on Central Sweden, which involves travel and overnight stays. You will be based in Gothenburg. Variety, pace, and proximity to business characterize the everyday life and suit you who thrive with responsibility and movement.

You have a few years of experience in sales, preferably from trade, industry, or technical products. Specialist knowledge is not a requirement. We value curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
