Inission is growing and investing in the future! We are expanding in Western Sweden and opened a state-of-the-art factory in Borås last year. To continue our growth journey, we are now looking for a driven technical salesperson who wants to help create customer value through innovative solutions in electronics and mechanics.
As a salesperson, you will be the link between our offerings and the customers' needs. With your understanding of business and your ability to build long-term relationships, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our position in the market.

Your Role Focus
As a salesperson, your main task is to drive sales forward through three key focus areas:
- Understand customer needs and the market: By staying updated on market trends, customer business cycles, and external factors, you ensure that we always offer relevant and tailored solutions – all to ensure that our factories have a steady stream of new assignments and that customer value is created.
- Develop existing customers: You ensure that our current customers receive first-class service and feel seen and satisfied. Through regular dialogue and a deep understanding of their business, you build strong, long-term partnerships and suggest new solutions that strengthen collaboration.
- Proactively engage new customers: With a strong drive, you identify and engage potential customers where our offerings create value. Through needs analysis and consulting, you build trust and long-term relationships at various levels – from technical specialists to decision-makers.
You report to the sales manager and work closely with other teams within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction and business development. The position is in Borås, and you will work with customers locally mainly in southern Sweden, but also globally.
If We May Wish
We know that the right person can come from various backgrounds, but to succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Experience in a technical sales role, preferably within electronics.
- Experience with budget responsibility and sales targets.
- The ability to create and maintain relationships at all levels – from technical specialists to management teams.
- A good technical understanding and a genuine interest in the customer's business, products, and market.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience working in CRM systems.
- We also see that you have a post-secondary education such as a bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in sales or technology.
