Kihlströms is a well-established company with extensive experience in the service and repair of heavy vehicles. With us, the customer is always in focus, and we are now looking for someone who wants a central role in the workshop and be an important link between suppliers, mechanics, and the site manager.

In the role of partsman, you will be responsible for purchasing, inventory management, and handling spare parts for the workshop. You ensure that the right parts are in place at the right time, work administratively in the business system, and maintain ongoing contact with suppliers. Your primary goal is to create an efficient flow in the workshop and minimize downtime. Working hours are typically 07:00–16:00, with some flexibility.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Ordering and receiving spare parts
• Managing inventory structure, stocktaking, and inventory balance
• Supporting customer reception as needed
• Working in the business system (Winassist/Cabas – advantageous but not required)
• Assisting mechanics with the right parts and technical information
• Actively contributing to a well-planned and efficient workshop

We are looking for someone who:

• Is structured, meticulous, and responsible
• Has good administrative skills and financial understanding
• Thrives in a role where you are the spider in the web
• Has a valid driver's license (B)
• Masters Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
