We are looking for a hands-on installation technician – preferably a bit of a “technical jack-of-all-trades” – who enjoys varied workdays.
Requirements for the role:

• Several years of experience as an installation technician, network technician, broadband technician, fiber technician, or a similar role
• Swedish spoken and written
• Driving license B

: D.ON  works with critical infrastructure. The possibility to undergo a security review may be relevant. A criminal record check and credit control may be applicable with your consent, according to each customer's security requirements.
Meritorious

• Certification in Robust fiber or similar
• Electrical knowledge / low voltage
• Experience with fire alarms, access control, or security systems
• English spoken

• Collaborative – builds trust and collaborates effectively with colleagues and customers
• Organized – works safely, maintains neat cable routes, and documents carefully
• Solution-oriented – finds ways forward and takes ownership of the delivery

As an installation technician, you will work with the installation, service, and maintenance of network infrastructure for customers. The assignments vary and can include both smaller installations and larger projects, often together with a colleague.
Examples of tasks

• Cable pulling of fiber and data cables
• Termination, connection, and measurement
• Installation of equipment in buildings and data centers
• Cross-connection and network construction
• Documentation, self-checks, and measurement protocols for the customer
• Service and maintenance of existing networks

The work primarily takes place in Stockholm, but also in other parts of Sweden and occasionally in the Nordic countries.
