Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Host, you have a central and service-oriented role in the municipality, acting as an important link between operations, suppliers, and internal functions. You are responsible for managing and following up on cases in EasitGO (case management system), ensuring quality in performed work and internal deliveries, and contributing to a well-functioning and safe work environment. The role involves ongoing contact with suppliers through operational meetings and quality follow-ups, administration of systematic fire protection work (SBA), and handling orders for internal consumption. You will also work with invoice management, mail and goods handling, conference setup, and regular inspections of premises, coffee machines, and service areas to ensure order, functionality, and comfort.
The assignment also includes responsibility for the municipality's vehicles, where you book cars in the booking system, manage keys, conduct inspections, and check for any damages. You coordinate workshop visits, wash vehicles as needed, are responsible for the calibration of breathalyzers, and report to the vehicle and contract manager on vehicle-related issues. The role includes handling fault reports, complaints, and other service matters. Working hours are mainly daytime (07:30–16:00) with evening shifts every third week (09:30–18:00).
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
- A valid driver's license (B).
- Experience in a service role, such as conference, restaurant, sales, or another role with daily customer contact.
- Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have experience in administrative work and case management systems. As a person, you are structured, stable, and collaborative with a natural ability to build good relationships. You are communicative and confident in your decisions, take responsibility for your work, and see what needs to be done. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented, unpretentious, and thrive in a role where you combine service, administration, and practical work. As the job can be physically demanding at times, we expect you to have good work capacity and be comfortable handling vehicles and simpler practical tasks.
