Within the Business Unit Tech, approximately 250 employees work with technical property management and maintenance. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole is the focus.

The role includes, among other things:

• Being the face of the property owner and ensuring that tenants receive good service and a functioning environment.
• Conducting rounds with corrective maintenance of properties and addressing incoming reports of issues.
• Independently performing most, including advanced, technical work within supervision, maintenance, preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance as well as SBA.
• Independently troubleshooting technical installations and equipment.
• Carrying out actions and documenting in accordance with established procedures.

Who are you?

You have:

• Several years of experience in independent technical property management.
• Training as a technician or equivalent competence acquired through work experience.
• Experience working independently in various types of properties.
• Experience in having frequent contact with tenants.
• Experience working with various property technical systems.
• Experience in one of the areas: control and regulation, electricity, cooling, HVAC, energy, or fire safety.
• Experience handling medical gas.
• Driver's license (B).

As a person, we prefer that you are service-oriented, that you prioritize the customer's best interests, and that you are good at handling different types of people and situations that may arise in daily work. It is also an advantage if you are meticulous in your work and enjoy working methodically. We appreciate a technically interested person who likes to use technical solutions in your work.
