Working as an Operating Room Nurse with Us:

As an operating room nurse at Operationskonsulterna, you will have the opportunity to work in a gynecological operating department in Stockholm. You need to be confident in your professional role and have experience in obstetric and gynecological surgical nursing.

About You:

Working as a specialist nurse in surgery is qualified work, and therefore we want you to have at least 5 years of experience in your specialty. We believe this is necessary to be sufficiently confident in your professional role, and it aligns well with the company's role as specialists in the industry. We prefer that you have experience from several different operating departments. You should also be interested in professional development and taking a step forward in your career. We value participation in courses and training. Those of us working at Operationskonsulterna have an average of about 19 years of specialist experience, and we set the highest competence requirements in the staffing industry. This means that you, as an Operations Consultant, often belong to those in the workplace with the most experience, and as such, we expect you to find it natural to share your knowledge and experiences with newer colleagues.
