Experienced Property Caretaker for FINAB – Nyköping

The Role

As a property caretaker, you will work broadly with property maintenance “in all its aspects” in and around properties in Södermanland and surrounding areas. Mostly independent work, but sometimes in a team.

Examples of tasks:

• Ongoing property maintenance indoors and outdoors

• Repairs and actions: replacing toilets, resealing faucets, repairing walls, fixing windows, etc.

• Basic construction and finishing work, ongoing maintenance and supervision

• Garden-related tasks associated with the properties

• Being a customer-oriented problem solver with a focus on overall quality and feedback

We are looking for someone who

Requirements:

• Solid experience in property maintenance and practical upkeep

• Driver's license (B)

• Can work independently and take responsibility throughout your delivery

• Is the face of the company: friendly, service-oriented, and confident in customer dialogue

Meritorious:

• Driver's license (BE)

• Electrical training

• Certificates/courses: lift operation, hot work, chainsaw, first aid, etc.

• High school diploma

As a person, you are:

• Solution-oriented, proactive, and have an eye for the property

• Structured with order and tidiness

• Unpretentious: asks for help when needed and collaborates well with others

• Aware that you are the face of the company
