We are now looking for a dedicated and reliable personal assistant for a lovely girl who needs help with supervision and support in all her daily needs. The position involves work at home, during leisure activities, and in other everyday environments where the girl is present.

About the position:

As a personal assistant, you are an important part of the girl's daily life. Your mission is to create safety, continuity, and a meaningful existence together with her. It is crucial that you can establish routines and structure in your work with the girl as she is active and mobile. The work also involves assisting with everything from personal hygiene, meals, communication, transfers, and supervision, to accompanying her on activities and providing support in social contexts.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a big heart and a calm, reassuring demeanor
• Can easily adapt to different daily conditions and quickly identify needs
• Is responsible, attentive, and follows routines
• Has experience working as a personal assistant for children with challenging behavior
• Has good Swedish skills in both spoken and written form
• Is smoke-free and has good physical ability
• Has a driver's license (preferable but not a requirement)

Working hours:

Variable shifts during the day, evening, and weekends. It is important that you are flexible and can work during holidays and breaks.

Placement:

In the girl's home.

Start date: immediately
