Description:

We are now looking for a service-oriented delivery receiver for a larger industrial project in Luleå.

You will be an important part of Bygglogistik's mission; to streamline construction production for our clients. As a delivery receiver, you will ensure that the planned material flow onto the construction site works and that the external areas are properly allocated.

Responsibilities:

An important part of your job is to continuously communicate with drivers and clients within the construction area, both individually and in groups. You are responsible for coordinating and receiving deliveries and checking them against the project's logistics planning system. Approved deliveries and vehicles are allowed onto the site, while any deviations are reported further according to established procedures.

To ensure a smooth material flow, you are responsible for coordinating unloading areas, keeping them clean and accessible, and coordinating the resources available for unloading. You will also assist with guiding and signage within the area to ensure a smooth and safe working environment.

The work takes place mainly outdoors on the construction site and involves close collaboration with suppliers, client representatives, and other stakeholders in the project.

Qualifications:

We prefer that you have a few years of experience in similar tasks within construction, transport, or warehousing.

As a person, you enjoy meeting people and have a natural service mindset in your way of working. You are communicative and proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You appreciate order and structure and follow clearly established routines.

You are focused and actively take on the prioritized tasks at hand. You are used to taking responsibility and working independently, even during periods of high delivery rates. Safety is important to you, and you have a practical approach to problem-solving.

In addition to the above description, you should be able to identify with and want to work for a company and group that acts and works based on the values: Drive, simplicity, responsibility, and long-term perspective.

Additional Information:

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period, starting immediately. The project is located in the central parts of Luleå.

Are you meticulous with both small and large details? We would like to inform you that we are also looking for a delivery planner for the project. In this role, you will primarily work with administration in the client's delivery and resource planning system, LogNet. If you have experience with systems, are communicative, and enjoy structure and planning at both detailed and overarching levels, this could be the role for you.

You will plan deliveries and book resources such as forklifts, cranes, and other lifting aids. The role also involves some work out in the construction production, where you will conduct rounds, inspections, and assessments of transport routes ahead of upcoming deliveries. Additionally, you will assist in updating APD plans (workplace disposition plans) on the construction site.
