As a terminal manager, you will work operationally in the daily operations while having overall responsibility for ensuring that the terminal's work functions efficiently and according to established routines. The role combines practical work with leadership!

Job Description

In the role of terminal manager, you will be responsible for:

• Working operationally in terminal operations (loading/unloading, picking goods, etc.)
• Being responsible for staffing in the work team
• Leading and distributing work at the terminal
• Ensuring that routines and instructions are followed
• Coaching and following up with your employees

You are a clear role model in daily work and contribute to order, structure, and a good working climate.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a forklift license (requirement)
• Has experience in leadership or work management
• Has experience in terminal, logistics, or transport operations
• Is structured, responsible, and confident in making decisions
• Has good communication skills and enjoys working closely with both employees and operations
• Masters Swedish in speech and writing
