About the Position

As Parts Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations of our parts department. You will be responsible for finances, budget, and results while leading a team of five parts salespeople. You are an important link in our service process – both internally with the workshop and externally with customers.

You will actively work to increase the sales of parts and accessories, ensure a high level of service, and contribute to improving routines and working methods. The role also includes responsibility for our wholesale customers and developing our business relationships.

You will report to the Service Manager and have close cooperation with both the workshop department and other functions within the company.

About You

We believe you have previous experience with personnel responsibility and a good understanding of finance and business. It is an advantage if you have a technical interest, good administrative skills, and preferably experience from our industry or similar operations. Furthermore, you are business-minded, structured, and have the endurance to drive long-term development.
