Welcome to 1st Helicopter Squadron in Luleå!
The 1st Helicopter Squadron is Sweden's northernmost helicopter squadron. We operate and maintain Helicopter 14 and are part of the Helicopter Wing. The squadron consists of a flying division, a flight maintenance company, and a staff. The Flight Material Group is now seeking a temporary storekeeper in the Flight Maintenance Company. The group's tasks include spare parts supply, tool maintenance, goods reception, and material service.
Main Responsibilities:
Your tasks as a civilian storekeeper in the Flight Material Group will be varied. You will, among other things, manage the issuance of spare parts and exchange units to the flight technicians, send and receive goods within and outside the country, monitor inventory, and order goods in the PRIO system. You will also handle exchange units in the Maintenix/FENIX system. The work will also involve a significant amount of administration of the warehouse and handling of other base materials related to the helicopter system.
Qualifications:
- Driving license B.
- High school diploma.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or storage.
- Experience in aviation maintenance or other aviation-related activities.
- Experience with Maintenix/FENIX and PRIO.
- Handling of hazardous goods.
- Driving licenses C and E.
- Wheel loader training and forklift license.
- Previous service in the Armed Forces.

Employment:
- Employment type: Temporary position for approximately 16 months, starting as soon as possible and lasting at most during the absence of the regular incumbent.
- Employment rate: Full-time
- Work location: Luleå. Travel in service may occur
- Salary: Individual salary setting according to the Armed Forces' agreement. The position is civilian.
- Physical training is a work task within the Armed Forces and is conducted during working hours for 3 hours/week.

The Armed Forces' Helicopter Wing is a unit with both land and sea operational orientation that can operate in missions in Sweden and internationally.
Helicopter support is requested by many. For example, for personnel, material, or medical transport, command, reconnaissance, or surveillance missions. The Helicopter Wing often participates in missions and exercises with other units but also as support to society in various crisis situations.
Our operations span across Sweden, the breadth of tasks, and the size of the wing with over 950 employees provide variation in work and opportunities for personal development. The majority of the Helicopter Wing is located in Linköping (Malmen), where we also manage Malmen Airport and Linköping garrison, with two large units in Luleå (Kallax) and Ronneby (Kallinge).
