Strawberry Living is in an expansive phase, and now we are taking the next important step in our development through the establishment of Aurora Village in Luleå.

Aurora Village is a large-scale accommodation facility with 2000 rooms and a full-service restaurant. The operation is designed to support the workforce involved in the extensive industrial projects taking place in the region. We aim to redefine what employee accommodation is by putting people at the center and creating a place where comfort, community, and safety go hand in hand. We are driven by proactivity, high service levels, and the courage to think differently. The ambitions and expectations for Aurora Village are high, and we are now looking for our Transport Responsible Service Hero!

What does it mean to be a “Transport Responsible Service Hero”?

Aurora Village is an expansive area with large distances between our accommodation buildings. We believe that a fantastic guest experience starts with a really good working environment for our employees – and that’s where you become key.

We are now looking for Aurora Village's obvious 'go-to person' who keeps the everyday running. The role suits you who enjoys being in motion, has a uniquely good mood, and likes to solve problems, big and small. You will be our face on the site with a special responsibility for:

Transporting employees within Aurora Village
Transporting materials to and from the different accommodation buildings within Aurora Village
Working closely with our maintenance department and helping to resolve minor technical issues as well as other maintenance tasks such as lawn mowing and snow removal
Making our employees feel seen and showing that little extra care

The position is permanent/full-time with a start date by agreement. The position may involve some work in the evenings and weekends.
