ABOUT LLT

Luleå Lokaltrafik AB (LLT) is responsible for city traffic in Luleå. We have 80 buses and 740 daily departures. About 25,000 people travel with us every day. The traffic day runs from 04:00 to 04:00 (Friday and Saturday night buses). We have employees from many different countries and cultures - about 40 countries and 36 languages, which we are extremely proud of. LLT is an industry leader in working environment, with clear and present leadership with managers on-site and operational in the business. About the training

We offer a driving license training for D-authorization as well as a professional competence certificate (YKB) with training salary during the period. After successful training, a permanent position awaits, starting with a probationary employment on a full-time basis. The training starts in July 2026. 

Requirements
To apply for the training, you must be at least 21 years old and have a Swedish driving license with at least B authorization for at least 1 year. If you proceed in the recruitment process, you will need to undergo a medical examination and be approved to apply for higher authorization. This is a requirement set by the Transport Agency. LLT will cover your medical visit.

Your role as a bus driver

To thrive in your role as a bus driver, you need, in addition to being able to drive safely and securely, to have good language skills, be helpful and patient, and be able to take responsibility and make decisions so that our passengers feel welcome and safe when traveling with us at LLT. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.

We expect you to have good driving experience, and previous experience in service occupations is an advantage.

The recruitment process will take several weeks and consists of interviews, reference checks, and a driving test.
