For our client, Alingsås Municipality's waste management service, we are now looking for dedicated truck drivers with a C license and YKB.

Job Responsibilities

• Emptying of household waste within Alingsås municipality using 2- or 4-compartment vehicles
• Emptying routes are obtained via a digital planning system that the driver follows and reports back via a tablet in the vehicle
• Double staffing or solo operation varies depending on the driving route
• Weighing and emptying of each waste fraction (burnable, food waste, etc.) occurs at the end of the workday.
• Daily maintenance of the vehicle is included, e.g., cleaning of the cabin, washing of the vehicle

Requirements

• C license
• YKB
• B license
• Digital driver's card
• Previous experience with rear loaders/waste management is an advantage

Working Hours/Period

• The need primarily applies to the summer period of June, July, and August. However, needs may also arise continuously during other periods of the year
• Working hours are Mon-Fri from 07:00 to 16:00 (with a one-hour break), work on public holidays may occur
• The workday starts and ends at Bälinge recycling station
