DFDS Professionals is now seeking truck drivers for work at the sister company DFDS Logistics Services AB, a trucking company within the automotive industry located in Arendal. The company operates around the clock, six days a week, and employs approximately 250 full-time staff. The vehicle fleet consists of about 300 vehicles, including 80 trucks and 220 trailers.

About the position As a truck driver at DFDS Professionals, you will be transporting goods for customers. Your main tasks will involve loading, transporting, and unloading goods in various flows, both long and short routes. The work is performed in Gothenburg and is distributed across shifts throughout the day.

About you To fit the role of truck driver at DFDS Professionals, you are primarily confident behind the wheel and have a safe and responsible approach when driving the vehicle. Since you will be meeting customers daily, we also believe that you are service-oriented, accustomed to customer interaction, and enjoy that aspect of your workday. You have the ability to work independently and are meticulous, while also needing to collaborate with other drivers and work efficiently to stay within specified timeframes.

The employment is a consultancy position with the staffing company DFDS Professionals with assignments at DFDS Logistics Services. To be the right person for us, you must also be flexible regarding working hours, tasks, and sometimes this may also involve assignments with other clients.

Requirements for the position

• CE driver's license
• Digital tachograph card
• Valid YKB
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Work experience from similar assignments is an advantage
• Valid ADR certificate is an advantage

Mobile consultant:

You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work out at our clients. Being a mobile consultant means that you are employed by DFDS Professionals to perform work at client companies, and your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed area of service. Selection is ongoing, and hiring may occur before the application deadline.
