Your responsibility as a warehouse employee is to ensure that the right products are included in the deliveries to customers. Since our customers expect to always receive the highest quality when shopping with us, it is very important that you are meticulous and understand the quality of fruits & vegetables that our customers require. In addition to basic knowledge, such as being able to distinguish between a mango and a papaya or a cucumber and zucchini, you also need to be able to tell a good avocado from a bad one and know when iceberg lettuce is not up to standard. Here, you will have many opportunities to utilize your knowledge of fruits & vegetables. If you encounter a problem, such as not knowing what a burdock root looks like or where to find flat-leaf parsley, you have a group of helpful colleagues to ask, and we continuously develop ourselves through product training.

You will work on a rolling schedule, Sunday to Thursday from 14:00 to 22:00, with some minor deviations in the schedule possible. The position is a permanent full-time employment, with an initial 6-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.

What is required of you?

• Experience that counts. Previous experience in similar tasks is meritorious, especially if you have worked in warehouse management or grocery retail.
• Passion for details. Accuracy is a lifestyle for you, and you strive to maintain a high standard in everything you do.
• Communication and collaboration. You master the Swedish language to effectively perform your tasks. This means you can read and understand orders and instructions and pick the correct products for our customers.
