Are you a warm, meticulous, and empathetic person who always leaves a friendly impression in your work?

We are now looking for more employees for our outgoing donor call department. You will make a difference for many of the larger fundraising organizations in Sweden and you will be their representative in meetings with their donors.

You will call individuals who have made donations, thank them for their gift, and convey the organization's message with the help of a call script.

To thrive in this job, you need to enjoy making calls and conveying the organization's message in a professional and friendly manner.

You contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the team and are always solution-oriented in your work.

You will be part of a team of colleagues who, with their diverse backgrounds and skills, strive towards common goals and contribute to a safe and inspiring workplace.

We would like you to have previous experience in telephone work, but it is not a requirement for application. You will receive training on-site, and we place great emphasis on your personal qualities and abilities.

We offer a fixed salary according to collective agreements and occupational pension. Working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM for full-time. It is also possible to work part-time, but we wish that you can work at least 12 hours per week.
