About the role

As a production planner, you will have a central role in creating conditions for efficient, stable, and profitable production. You are responsible for ensuring that the planning supports the business goals through optimal resource utilization, reduced capital binding, and high delivery precision.

The role combines operational planning with development work. You will work systematically with the business system, ensure quality in order and planning documentation, and drive improvement initiatives that strengthen the flow and efficiency of production. In close collaboration with production managers and shift leaders, you are a key person in daily management and in the company's continuous improvement work.

Your main responsibilities:

• Optimize resource and material usage in production
• Plan production to achieve high delivery reliability and efficient capacity utilization
• Ensure that correct order documentation is available in production
• Participate in and drive improvement projects related to orders, planning, and preparation
• Actively work to reduce setup times and internal transports
• Contribute to the development and standardization of the business system's usage
• Reduce capital binding and increase delivery precision
• Spread knowledge and understanding of production planning within the organization
• Lead and participate in cost-reducing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with the company's policies, guidelines, and quality goals

We are looking for someone who

• Has post-secondary education in industrial economics, production, logistics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has a strong analytical ability and works systematically and data-driven

Meritorious

• Experience in production planning within the manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge of business systems (e.g., ERP/MPS)
