With us in the home care service West, unit 5 in Söderköping Municipality, you will have a meaningful job where you contribute to safety and quality in the customer's daily life. The work is characterized by a high pace and varying workloads, which requires flexibility and responsibility, but at the same time provides a varied job with the opportunity to make a real difference.

The home care service in Söderköping Municipality is a growing operation, where home care West is an area with continued expected growth.

You work in a fixed team with close collaboration with colleagues, coordinators, planners, and other professionals. The work involves both independence in meeting customers and shared responsibility for planning and follow-up.

We offer structured introduction, continuous support from colleagues and management, as well as opportunities for professional development based on the needs of the operation. The operation is in a development phase, which provides opportunities for participation and influencing working methods and the continued development of the operation.

Job Description

As an employee with us, you work both independently and together with colleagues to provide our customers with a safe and meaningful daily life. You meet and support individuals with various needs and contribute to creating continuity, participation, and quality of life in their homes. This may include helping customers with personal care such as hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meals.

Your tasks include documenting according to applicable legislation in the operational system Lifecare. The position also includes medication management through delegation from licensed personnel.

In unit 5, the work is located in a rural environment, which means daily travel between customers within a larger geographic area.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a flexible attitude and a good ability to work independently and take personal responsibility in daily work.

The following are seen as requirements:

  • Certified nursing assistant education and preferably experience in home care.
  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
  • Computer and mobile phone proficiency.
  • Driving license B.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
