We are now looking for an Operations Support who wants to play a central role in our warehousing and transportation operations. You will act as the link between warehousing/operations, transport planning, customer service, suppliers, and business systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for operational administrative support related to transport, deliveries, and warehouse processes. You will ensure that routines are followed, that information is accurate in our systems, and that customers are kept informed of any deviations.

• Operational support to the warehousing operations

• Planning, booking, and follow-up of transports

• Follow-up on deliveries and deviations

• Contact with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders

• Administration in Ongoing (required) and Trax

• Inventory responsibility and VAS registration

• Handling of customer inbox (Swedish and English)

• Staying updated on customer agreements and terms

• Has good communication skills

• Is structured, meticulous, and responsible

• Has previous experience working with Ongoing/Trax

• Has good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written

Mobile Consultant:

You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work out with our clients. Being a mobile consultant means you are employed by us at DFDS Professionals to perform work in client companies, where your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area.
