About the Role

Do you want a job where you can truly make a difference every day? We are looking for a service-oriented and practical person who wants to work closely with operations at our new elderly care facility in Bergsjö.

The role is a combination of property maintenance, internal service, and quality-assured food transport. Work at other properties in the municipality may also occur as needed. The positions are full-time based on a schedule where you will work every other weekend.

Your Responsibilities

Property & Operations:

• Daily supervision of properties
• Ongoing corrective maintenance
• Service and minor repairs of equipment
• Fire safety and security inspections
• Waste management and laundry logistics

Service to Operations:

• Receiving and stocking supplies in storage
• Inventory and orders
• Handling mail and resident information
• Moving furniture and aids

Meal Logistics:

• Transporting food between the kitchen and our new special housing
• Temperature checks and documentation
• Handling containers and transport trolleys
• Hygienic handling according to food safety requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in practical work or property maintenance
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
• Digital proficiency
• Valid B driver's license

• You can work independently and in a structured manner by planning, organizing, and prioritizing your work well
• You are clear, flexible, and take initiative
• You have high social competence and find it easy to communicate, collaborate, and build good relationships with colleagues, residents, and other external contacts
