About the role

About the role As an Electrician Team Lead, you will be a key person and a natural point of contact for both colleagues and partners. You will combine practical installation work (about 50%) with coaching, planning, and quality assurance. The role suits you if you enjoy taking responsibility, sharing your knowledge, and ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to best practices.

You will work closely with the team in daily operations and contribute to structure, progress, and high installation quality. Safety and quality are always a priority.

Responsibilities

Operational support and planning

  • Daily management and planning of work

  • Support in planning and booking AC installations

  • Distribution of installation assignments

  • Collaboration with electrician partners in the area

  • First-line support to the team on “how-to” questions

Safety and quality

  • Ensure that work is performed according to applicable health and safety procedures

  • Follow up on self-control programs and installation quality

  • Conduct safety walks and coaching on best practices

  • Quality assurance of projects and installations

  • Feedback and learning from installation deviations

Coaching and leadership

  • Coaching electricians in complex installations

  • Introduction and support for new electricians

  • Follow-up and requirement-setting regarding working methods and quality

  • Contribute to high customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT)

Tasks

  • Your own AC installations (about 50% of your working time)

  • Support to the team in installation-related issues

You are a team player who takes responsibility, is solution-oriented, and does not hesitate to go the extra mile when needed.

Requirements

  • ECY certificate

  • At least 3 years of experience as an electrician

  • At least 1 year of experience in solar panel installations

  • Driving license B

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English

  • A strong focus on safety and quality

  • It is an advantage if you have experience in coaching or leading other electricians
