Kanlås is an established security company in Hälsingland with strong local roots and a family-oriented culture. The company is now ramping up its efforts in alarm, camera, and access control systems and is looking for an alarm technician who wants to help build the area forward. Here you will work in a stable company with short decision-making paths, while becoming part of an initiative to develop the business within alarms, cameras, and access control.

The company was founded in 2010 and has evolved from a traditional locksmith to a complete security partner offering holistic solutions for locks, alarms, access control, cameras, and fire protection, from planning to installation and service. Today, Kanlås has approximately 20 employees and operations in Hudiksvall, Ljusdal, Söderhamn, and Bollnäs. The company is a certified contractor (alarm class 2) and is part of Prosero Security Group.

About the position

As an alarm technician, you will become a key person in Kanlås's efforts in alarms, access control, and cameras. You will work closely with an alarm engineer and help develop the business forward.

You will work remotely from home and visit customers, primarily within Hälsingland. The role is varied and includes installation, commissioning, and service. You will primarily work in systems such as Axema ARX, RCO M5/Mega, and Salto.

Simpler lock work and other installations within hardware fitting may occur as needed, but the role has a clear focus on alarms, access control, and cameras over time.

Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of alarm and access control systems
• Service, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Customer contact and technical advice
• Collaboration with alarm engineers and other technicians
• Contribute to developing and building up the alarm business

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 2–3 years of experience with alarms and access control systems
• Has relevant education in electricity or technology
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Is fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Has a clean background check

Merits include:

• Travel within the region occurs
