About the Role

As a Groundskeeper, you will work with both outdoor maintenance and property maintenance in our residential areas. Duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining outdoor areas, cleaning, supervision, handling fault reports, minor repairs, and ongoing maintenance. You will work closely with both colleagues and tenants, contributing to the smooth daily operation of our areas.

The work involves both planned tasks and unexpected issues that arise during the day, requiring you to prioritize, take initiative, and find practical solutions. You must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. The role also involves contact with tenants, making good customer service skills and a service-oriented attitude essential.

• are self-motivated, responsible, and capable of planning and prioritizing your work.
• are service-oriented and have a respectful and friendly approach when interacting with tenants, colleagues, and contractors.
• enjoy collaborating but can also work independently.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience in outdoor maintenance, property maintenance, or similar practical work.
• Experience working in residential areas or in service roles.
• Proficiency with machinery and experience using tools for outdoor work.

Additional Information

This is a fixed-term position from June to August, with the possibility of extension. Start date is negotiable.
